Charmayne Bradberry
Chicago native four-time self-published author and business owner Charmayne Bradberry who currently holds a Master’s degree in business management founded in 2017 Betty Nicole’s Bistro a Chicago-style eatery dedicated to the memory of her late grandmother Betty Scott and sister Eredell “Nicole” Small who was just 29 years old at the time of her passing.
Stricken with grief she observed hereditary health conditions plague her family, friends, and herself.
Later Charmayne was diagnosed with chronic hypertension and unusual heart palpitations. She describes it as she was dying, a walking time bomb something needed to happen. Immediately she began to research and decided to create her own seasoning something amazing without any salt. She wanted to make food taste just as good minus the sodium. She began growing herbs organically indoors, drying, bottling, and packaging them for purchase.
After trial and testing spices in the restaurant on certain menu items, the spices became a hit and Betty Nicole’s No Salt Collection was born. Starting with three flavors the brand graduated to 11 salt-free flavor blends.
This robust flavor line is packed with antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and other essential nutrients necessary to promote a healthier lifestyle by omitting salt.
The BN no salt Collection has been featured globally in Puerto Rico, Cuba, and even St. Maarten. Follow on social media for more updates and announcements.
